Therapy
Jeanna provides psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and couples. She believes that a genuine and supportive therapeutic relationship is a key component of change and healing. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients to explore their personal narratives and gain insight into the underlying issues blocking their ability to thrive in their current situations.
Working from a psychodynamic framework, Jeanna integrates mindfulness practice and CBT techniques to help her clients connect with their authentic selves, challenge negative patterns, and foster personal life fulfillment.
Jeanna also facilitates therapy groups aimed at addressing social media-related mental health concerns - including loneliness, low self-esteem, social anxiety, and disconnection from oneself.
